Administrative office hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Please call during administrative office hours to make an appointment or to cancel or change an appointment. We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments.

Our psychologists are on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. If you have an emergency you may leave your doctor a voicemail message at any time of night or day. If you have a life threatening emergency and are unable to reach your doctor to leave a voicemail, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
